SHIPPING POLICY

At Reps & Results Fitness, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

2. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak periods

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

5. Delays

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

    • Carrier issues

    • Weather conditions

    • High order volume

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Reps & Results Fitness is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • If your package is missing, don't hesitate to get in touch with the carrier directly first

  • If you need assistance, reach out to us, and we will help where possible

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof

  • We will review and resolve the issue promptly

8. International Shipping (Optional – Include if needed)

  • International shipping times vary by destination

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage (not caused by us) will not be accepted

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photo proof when contacting us
